Personal Data Privacy Policy

CELLSAFE views their Client's personal data and privacy seriously. This Notice is issued pursuant to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. Collection of Personal Information.

In order for CELLSAFE to provide the Clients with CELLSAFE Services and to operate in an efficient and effective manner, CELLSAFE may need to collect relevant personal information from the Clients either manually or through CELLSAFE's website.

Such data may include information concerning the Clients’ personal details (such as name, age, gender, identity card number, passport number, date of birth, education, medical history, medical records, race, ethnic origin, nationality, citizenship), contact details (such as address, email, phone numbers), family information (such as marital status, name of spouse or child or immediate family), occupation details (such as employer name, income range, job title, job responsibilities, employer’s contact information and address) and other information.

2. Purposes of Processing.

CELLSAFE processes the Client's personal data only for specific and limited purposes.

The Client shall agree that all personal data collected and/or processed by CELLSAFE may include but not be limited to the following purposes:

  1. To communicate with the Client
  2. To inform the Client of our products and services
  3. To respond to the Client's queries
  4. To send the Client promotional material
  5. To process applications for and the provision of CELLSAFE's Products and/or Services
  6. For marketing purposes and research purposes
  7. For all other purposes incidental and associated with any of the above

3. Disclosure to Third Parties.

CELLSAFE may disclose the Client's personal data to CELLSAFE's affiliates or third parties that perform services on CELLSAFE's behalf and in doing so CELLSAFE will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

4. Acceptance of The Policy.

The Client is given notice that the Products and/or Services will only be made available to the Client upon the Client accepting and expressly consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy, where such express acceptance and consent shall be evidenced by Client's execution of this Agreement. By so indicating the Client's acceptance of the term of this Privacy Policy, the Client shall be deemed to have expressly consented to the processing of the Client's personal data by CELLSAFE or any of its authorized agents, employees, partners and/or contractors for purposes as outlined. The Client hereby agree and accept that by registering and/or continuing to use the Products and/or Services, the Client authorize and consent to the Client's personal data being processed by and where required, disclosed to classes of third parties as identified by CELLSAFE for the purposes of CELLSAFE providing the Products and/or Services to the Client. For the avoidance of doubt, the Client also hereby explicitly consents to CELLSAFE processing any sensitive personal data relevant such purposes.

5. Withdrawal of Consent.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Client may at any time withdraw the Client's consent to CELLSAFE processing any personal data of the Client or to any part or portion of the same by sending to CELLSAFE at the address set out below a written notice of withdrawal and within the period prescribed under the PDPA. CELLSAFE shall take all necessary measures to give effect to the Client's withdrawal of consent, to the extent that such withdrawal does not conflict with any of CELLSAFE's other legal obligations. If the Client do not wish to have the Client's personal data shared with any other party, or if the Client do not wish to be solicited for products or services offered by CELLSAFE or any other parties including third parties, kindly inform CELLSAFE in writing at the communication information as given below. The Client shall, upon written request, be granted access to all personal data held or stored or processed by CELLSAFE. To avoid confusion, “access” for the purposes of this provision shall mean notification of such personal data of the Client that is processed by or on behalf of CELLSAFE and to have a copy of such personal data communicated or conveyed to the Client in an intelligible form of CELLSAFE's choosing.

6. Correction of Personal Data.

The Client may at any time make a written request to CELLSAFE to correct any personal data of the Client's that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out-of-date and CELLSAFE shall, upon receipt of the Client's written request for correction(s), take all necessary measures to give effect to such correction(s).
